The Claret Urban Poor Apostolate was formed with the following objectives in mind:
      - To organize the urban poor communities and provide relevant formation and capability-
        building education to pursue their goal for better living.
      - To facilitate the social services to be extended in the urban poor communities and support
        their struggles for a just and humane place for living.
      - To undertake documentation and research and build linkages and networks with the Church,
        NGO’s, People’s Organizations, Concerned Agencies as well as with the Local Government
        Units.
